As we are now into the 11th week of lockdown, we are thinking of all our families as we steadily plan for the introduction of some face to face front line services.
Whilst our zoom groups have been successful, we understand that these are not suitable for everyone.
Our priority is the safety of everyone and we need to ensure the environment is safe, and this is what we are working hard on at the moment.
We are working towards bringing some much missed staff back from furlough and having face to face sessions at Umbrella House and in the community from July. We are looking into the possibly of having exclusive hire of another venue that we can deep clean and use for further supports to help us reach more families. The work on Annie’s Place has picked up but we do not know when this will be ready for use. It will provide a much larger space to enable us to have more safe supports in place.
Our team are going to be contacting families over the coming weeks and will discuss potential supports and what suits families to help us plan staffing and venues very carefully.
