Annual Carsington Water Charity Walk 2026

Join us for our annual 12K Charity Walk around the beautiful Carsington Water on Sunday, 1st November 2026!

This much-loved event is a great opportunity to get outdoors, enjoy the Derbyshire scenery and help raise vital funds to support the work of Umbrella Derby & Derbyshire.

Event Details:

• Date: Sunday, 1st November 2026
• Start Time: Between 9:30am and 10:00am
• Location: Carsington Water
• Distance: 12 kilometres
• Entry Fee: £10 per person

You can choose to complete the route in either direction, heading left or right around Carsington Water.

Whether you’re walking on your own, with friends and family, or bringing your dog along, we’d love for you to join us. Every person who takes part helps us continue supporting children and young people with disabilities and their families across Derby and Derbyshire.

You can also choose to make your 12K a sponsored walk and raise even more for Umbrella.
