Empowering Disabled Children, Young Adults And Their Families

Family Support

Our Family Support team is often the first point of contact for families reaching out to Umbrella. We offer a warm, parent-led service designed to empower families through information, advice, and emotional support. Whether you’re seeking guidance, connection, or practical help, our team is here to walk alongside you.

How We Can Support You

The Family Support team offers a wide range of information, advice, and community-based support:

Referral Process / How to Access

Families can contact our Family Support team directly, or professionals can refer on their behalf through our Single Point of Access.

Once we have received contact (phone, email, social media, or referral form), we aim to respond as quickly as possible, no later than 2 working days.

Someone will reach out to you for more information, and a welcome information guide will be sent to you.
