Annies Place
Maximum capacity: 125 people.
This space has a reception room with lounge seating, large main hall, fully fitted kitchen, accessible changing/toilets and an outside play garden.
Evenings and weekend hire available depending on availability.
£25 per hour.
Reduced fee to residents of the Abbey Ward for £20.
Closing time is 10pm
(although this can vary depending on the hire itself and winter months).
No alcohol.
Umbrella House
Maximum capacity: 40 people.
A good option for small meetings, and family groups.
This space includes a large lounge area with seating, a conservatory area, large play garden, fully-fitted kitchen and accessible changing area/toilet facilities.
£20 per hour.
No alcohol.
