Play and Leisure ​

Our Play and Leisure (PALS) service provides children and young people with disabilities or additional needs the opportunity to take part in fun, inclusive, and accessible activities. We believe every child deserves the chance to play, make friends, and build confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

The Play and Leisure Service helps provide and promote specialist activities for children and young people, including:

Raindrops Choir

Non-Contact Boxing

Youth Clubs

We run Youth Clubs at various venues, creating a safe place for children and young people to meet like-minded individuals and engage in fun activities. The youth clubs are for young people with mild to moderate disabilities, who do not need 1-1 support.  

Please note that these are not drop-in sessions, please contact our Family Support Team to register. 

How to get involved

Families can contact our Family Support team directly, or professionals can refer on their behalf through our Single Point of Access. 

Once we have received contact (phone, email or referral form), we aim to respond as quickly as possible, no later than 2 working days. 

Someone will reach out to you for more information, and a welcome information guide will be sent to you.
